Copyright Ownership

Copyright remains with the author or authors of the article. By submitting and publishing a manuscript in Jurnal Sinar Manajemen, authors grant the journal and its publisher, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu, the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, archive, index, and preserve the article in print and electronic formats.

Creative Commons Licence

Unless otherwise stated, articles published in Jurnal Sinar Manajemen are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) .

This licence permits others to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the published work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author or authors and source, a link to the licence is provided, any changes are indicated, and derivative works are distributed under the same or a compatible licence.

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:

• use the published article in teaching, academic presentations, and other scholarly activities;
• deposit and share the published article in institutional repositories, personal academic websites, or other lawful scholarly platforms;
• reuse portions of the article in future scholarly works, provided appropriate acknowledgement of the original publication is made; and
• distribute the article in accordance with the terms of the applicable Creative Commons licence.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material owned by third parties when such permission is required. This includes figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, datasets, instruments, or other material not covered by a licence that permits reuse.

Third-party material included in an article may be subject to different copyright or licence terms. Such material should be clearly identified where necessary.

Attribution and Reuse

Any reuse of material published in Jurnal Sinar Manajemen must provide appropriate acknowledgement of the original author or authors, article title, journal title, publication details, and DOI or other persistent identifier where available.

Users must not imply endorsement by the authors, journal, or publisher when reusing or adapting published material.

Right of First Publication

By publishing in Jurnal Sinar Manajemen, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and authorise the journal to identify itself as the original place of publication of the article.

This right is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of copyright from the authors to the journal or publisher.
