Sambulugana Journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication quality through a rigorous, fair, objective, and transparent peer-review process. Every submitted manuscript is evaluated based on its originality, scientific contribution, methodological quality, ethical standards, and relevance to the journal's focus and scope.
The journal applies a Double-Blind Peer Review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process to ensure impartiality and eliminate potential bias.

Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject area.

5. Final Decision and Publication
After the revised manuscript satisfies reviewers and editors, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision, and accepted articles proceed to copyediting, proofreading, layout editing, and publication.
