Author Guidelines

 

Sambulugana Journal welcomes high-quality original manuscripts from researchers, academics, practitioners, and professionals. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.

Authors are required to follow the journal's manuscript preparation guidelines to facilitate the editorial and peer-review process.

• Manuscripts must be written in clear and academic English.
• The manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism.
• The work must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
• All authors must approve the submitted version.
• The manuscript must comply with the journal's ethical standards.

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
• Line spacing: 1.5.
• Paper size: A4.
• Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
• Tables and figures must be numbered and accompanied by captions.

• References should primarily consist of recent scholarly sources.
• Authors are encouraged to cite relevant international journal articles.
• Use a consistent citation style as required by the journal.
• Reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote is recommended.

1. Register or log in to the journal's OJS system.
2. Complete the manuscript metadata.
3. Upload the manuscript and any supplementary files.
4. Confirm the submission.
5. Track the manuscript status through the author dashboard.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based on originality, scientific quality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's focus and scope.
