Editorial Workflow

Editorial Workflow

Sambulugana Journal applies a transparent and systematic editorial workflow to ensure that every manuscript is processed efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with international standards of scholarly publishing. Each submission undergoes a series of editorial and peer-review stages before a final publication decision is made.

The workflow is designed to maintain scientific quality, editorial integrity, and publication ethics throughout the entire publication process.

Editorial Process
1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the Online Journal System (OJS) together with all required metadata and supporting documents.

An editor with expertise relevant to the manuscript is assigned to manage the review process.
4. Double-Blind Peer Review
The manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind review process.

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject
6. Author Revision
Authors revise the manuscript according to the reviewers' and editor's comments and resubmit the revised version.
7. Final Acceptance
After all revisions have been satisfactorily completed, the Editor-in-Chief grants the final acceptance for publication.
