Peningkatan Kemampuan Pengambilan Keputusan Melalui Pelatihan pada Perawat dan Perawat Pelajar: Literature Review
Improving Decision-Making Abilities Through Training for Nurses and Nursing Student: Literature Review
Abstract
Latar belakang: Pengambilan keputusan klinis pada perawat merupakan proses yang penting dan kompleks dari analisa masalah sampai aksi nyata penyelesaian masalah, yang dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis perawat dan perawat pelajar.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui dampak pelatihan terhadap kemampuan pengambilan keputusan klinis perawat dan perawat pelajar.
Metode: Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode literature review penelusuran database dan penyusunan PICOT menganalisa 18 artikel antara tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2023 menggunakan bantuan kata kunci pengambilan keputusan klinis, pengambilan keputusan etik, perawat, pengambilan keputusan klinis perawat pelajar, dan pelatihan. Kriteria inklusi artikel adalah artikel dengan populasi perawat atau pelajar, artikel dengan Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris. Kriteria ekslusi artikel adalah artikel dengan populasi pasien, artikel terkait covid-19, artikel dalam bentuk literature review atau sistematika review.
Hasil: hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan klinis pada perawat dan perawat pelajar dapat efektif dilakukan melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan melalui pelatihan.
Kesimpulan: penting bagi perawat dan perawat pelajar mendapatkan akses pelatihan yang adekuat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan. Sehingga diharapkan dapat memiliki kemampuan pengambilan keputusan yang baik dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang optimal.
