Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Status Vaksinasi COVID-19 pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah DKI Jakarta
Knowledge and COVID-19 Vaccination Status of Pregnant Women in DKI Jakarta
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Vaksinasi dibutuhkan untuk menekan angka kejadian COVID-19 terutama pada populasi rentan seperti ibu hamil. Ibu hamil biasanya memiliki keinginan yang lebih rendah dan kekhawatiran yang lebih tinggi mengenai vaksin dibanding populasi umum, hal ini karena kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai vaksin.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan status vaksinasi COVID-19 pada ibu hamil di DKI Jakarta setelah mengendalikan variable lain (usia, pekerjaan, penghasilan, pendidikan, usia kehamilan, status gravida, penyakit penyerta, dan pengalaman imunisasi TT). Status vaksinasi dipilih sebagai indikator perilaku terbuka dari perilaku vaksinasi.
Metode: Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional pada ibu hamil yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Penelitian ini diikuti oleh 149 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang sudah ditentukan. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22 secara univariat dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan analisis multivariate dilakukan menggunakan regresi logistic ganda model faktor risiko.
Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 65,8% ibu hamil telah melakukan vaksinasi dan 64 orang (65,3%) diantaranya sudah tervaksinasi lengkap dua dosis. Pengetahuan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan status vaksinasi (pValue = 0,001).
Kesimpulan: Ibu hamil yang memiliki pengetahuan rendah, memiliki risiko untuk tidak melakukan vaksinasi sebesar 7,062 kali dibandingkan ibu hamil yang memiliki pengetahuan tinggi setelah dikontrol variable penghasilan. Meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai vaksin COVID-19 dapat menjawab keraguan ibu hamil untuk melakukan vaksinasi.
