The Indonesian Research Journal in Legal Studies (IRJILS) applies an open access policy in accordance with international publishing standards.

    • All articles published in IRJILS are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication without subscription or registration barriers.

    • IRJILS uses the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

  3. Author Rights

    • Authors retain copyright of their articles.
