Author Guidelines
Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to the Indonesian Research Journal in Legal Studies (IRJILS) must follow the following guidelines:

Originality

Manuscripts must be original, have not been published elsewhere, and are not under consideration for publication in other journals.

Language

Manuscripts may be written in English (preferred) or Indonesian with clear, concise, and academic language.

Manuscript Length
-
Manuscripts should be between 8–18 pages, including tables, figures, and references.

Format
-
Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word using the journal template.

Font: Book Antiqua, size 12 pt, single spacing, margins 2.5 cm on all sides.

Structure
The manuscript should generally include:-
Title (clear and informative)

Author’s name and affiliation

Abstract (200–250 words, followed by 3–5 keywords)

Introduction

Research Method
-
Results and Discussion
-
Conclusion
-
References

Abstract
-
Written in English and Indonesian (if the manuscript is in Indonesian).

Should briefly state the research purpose, method, main findings, and contribution.

References

References should be written in accordance with the APA Style (latest edition).

Authors are encouraged to cite relevant and up-to-date sources from journals, books, and credible online references.

Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted via the online submission system at the official IRJILS website.

Authors must register before submitting.

Peer Review

All submissions will undergo an initial editorial screening and then a double-blind peer review process.

The review process takes approximately 1–3 months.

Publication Ethics

Authors must ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism and ethical violations.

Any detected plagiarism will result in rejection.
