The editor conducts an initial screening to assess the article’s relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, as well as its originality. Articles that pass the initial stage are then sent to at least two reviewers for independent evaluation. This review process ensures the quality, validity, and academic integrity of each published manuscript.
IRJILS upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism. Each manuscript is checked using similarity detection software (such as iThenticate). Articles with a high similarity index will not be processed further.
IRJILS is published twice a year (biannual), in March and September.
IRJILS implements a full Open Access policy, meaning all published articles are freely accessible without charge to readers worldwide. This policy aims to broaden the dissemination of legal knowledge and foster wider academic collaboration.
IRJILS digitally archives its publications through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and supports other archiving services to ensure long-term accessibility of its content.
