Publication fees

The Indonesian Research Journal in Legal Studies (IRJILS) applies a transparent publication policy regarding fees:

  1. Submission Fee

    • Free of charge. Authors are not required to pay any fee when submitting their manuscripts for consideration.

  2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

    • To support the cost of editorial management, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, and online hosting, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) once their manuscript is accepted for publication.

    • The amount of APC will be informed officially by the editorial office and may vary depending on institutional policies.

  3. Waiver Policy

    • IRJILS may grant partial or full waivers for authors who do not have access to research funding, particularly those from developing countries or early-career researchers.

    • Waiver requests must be submitted to the editorial board at the time of manuscript submission and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  4. No Hidden Charges

    • There are no additional charges for color figures, supplementary files, or online access.

    • All published articles remain freely accessible under the open access policy.
