Penggunaan Telenursing dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Pasien dengan Gagal Jantung
Use of Telenursing in Improving Quality of Life for Patients with Heart Failure
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Gagal jantung menimbulkan banyak pengaruh pada kondisi pasien, sehingga dibutuhkan pemantauan yang efektif. Telenursing sebagai sebuah inovasi dinilai akan mempermudah perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan jarak jauh seperti monitoring, mengumpulkan data, memberikan tindak lanut, dan pelayanan multi disiplin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan telenursing terhadap kualitas hidup pasien dengan gagal jantung.
Metode: Desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah literature review. Penelitian menggunakan 9 artikel terkait yang dikumpulkan melalui 3 database yaitu ProQuest, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect.
Hasil: Telenursing efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien gagal jantung. Telenursing mempermudah dalam pemberian pendidikan kesehatan, pemantauan kondisi pasien, dan tindak lanjut terhadap pasien gagal jantung. Telenursing juga berfokus pada manajemen diri dan kesejahteraan pasien.
Kesimpulan: Telenursing dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bentuk intervensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dengan gagal jantung.
Rekomendasi: Telenursing dapat diterapkan dalam pelayanan kesehatan sebagai bentuk pelayanan yang berkelanjutan sehingga pasien dapat dimonitor secara regular.
