Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze students' perceptions of the communication style displayed by streamers in Grand Theft Auto V live streaming. Overall research results prove that communication styles in GTA V live streaming have a very important role in building attention, interest, and comfort for students as viewers. Interactive, relaxed, and entertaining communication styles are proven to be able to create closer closeness between streamers and their audiences.
