All manuscripts submitted to International Journal of Health, Economics, and Social Science (IJHESS) undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure originality, scientific quality, academic integrity, and relevance. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process to guarantee fairness, impartiality, and objective evaluation.

Peer Review Workflow
  1. Initial Submission
    Authors submit manuscripts through the online journal system following the journal template and author guidelines.
  2. Editorial Screening
    The editorial office evaluates manuscript suitability, formatting, ethical compliance, originality, and plagiarism before assigning reviewers.
  3. Reviewer Assignment
    Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the submitted research.
  4. Double-Blind Peer Review
    Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

    Review recommendations include:
    • Accept

  5. Revision Process
    Authors revise their manuscripts according to reviewer and editor comments within the specified deadline. Additional review may be conducted when necessary.
  6. Final Editorial Decision
    The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision after considering reviewer recommendations and the quality of the revised manuscript.
  7. Copyediting & Publication
    Accepted manuscripts proceed through copyediting, proofreading, layout editing, DOI assignment, and final online publication.
