Article Processing Charges (APC)
The International Journal of Health, Economics, and Social Sciences (IJHESS) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only for manuscripts that have successfully completed the peer-review process and have been formally accepted for publication. No fees are charged during manuscript submission or peer review.
The APC is intended to support editorial management, double-blind peer review, copyediting, language editing, DOI registration, online publication, long-term digital preservation, and journal management. Payment instructions will be provided only after the manuscript has received final acceptance from the Editor-in-Chief.

- No submission fee is required.
- Payment is requested only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.
- The APC is non-refundable once the article enters the production process.
- Authors will receive an official invoice together with payment instructions from the Editorial Office.
