Penerapan Smart Tourism Destination di Tiga Destinasi Wisata Kota Yogyakarta
Application of Smart Tourism Destination in Three Yogyakarta City Tourism Destinations
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan smart tourism pada destinasi di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Destinasi wisata yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah Taman Pintar, Museum Vredeburg, dan De Mata. Sebagai hasil penelitian bahwa tiga destinasi wisata di Kota Yogyakarta tersebut belum menerapkan konsep smart tourism destination karena masing-masing destinasi belum mengaplikasikan indikator pada aspek smart available packages. Secara rata-rata, implementasi STD dari ketiga destinasi tersebut adalah sekitar 53 persen dari total indikator. Kota Yogyakarta sebagai kota wisata dan berada di era disrupsi teknologi digital, maka perlu mengembangkan program aplikasi wisata dengan konsep gamification. Sehingga, aplikasi tersebut lebih menyenangkan dan akan meningkatkan frekuensi penggunaannya serta memberikan keunggulan kompetitif dalam pemasaran destinasi.
