Agropolitanisation Infrastructure Readiness and Rural–Urban Duality: A Case Study of Bora Village, Sigi Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini menilai kesiapan infrastruktur agropolitanisasi di Desa Bora, Kabupaten Sigi, dan dualisme desa–kota beserta implikasinya terhadap posisi spasial kawasan dalam sistem wilayah dengan kerangka Central Place Theory (CPT) and Urban–Rural Linkages (URL). Pendekatan evaluatif–deskriptif digunakan dengan skoring Likert 1–5 untuk menyusun Indeks Kesiapan Infrastruktur (IKI) per klaster dan indeks gabungan (tak berbobot). Data (2025) dihimpun melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah RTRW/RDTR. Hasil menunjukkan ketimpangan: hulu 2,40, on-farm 2,65, hilir 1,40, sosial–ekonomi 3,45, TIK 2,00, Indeks Gabungan 2,38 (“Tidak Siap”). Dalam bingkai penelitian ini, Bora diposisikan sebagai pusat orde menengah (PKL) yang mengonsolidasikan produksi hinterland dan menyalurkannya ke layanan orde lebih tinggi di Palu. Implikasi penataan perlu selaras dengan RTRW/RDTR dan perlindungan LP2B, agenda operasional pra-CBA meliputi penguatan hulu, pengelolaan air dan mekanisasi on-farm, hilirisasi (UPH/packhouse, gudang, cold storage, market center), penguatan kelembagaan, dan digitalisasi koridor produksi. Keterbatasan studi mencakup tanpa verifikasi citra satelit dan tanpa analisis biaya–manfaat. Riset lanjutan disarankan untuk pemantauan IKI periodik dan integrasi data spasial guna mendukung perencanaan presisi. Studi ini memberikan kerangka indeks kesiapan infrastruktur yang dapat diadaptasi untuk evaluasi agropolitanisasi di wilayah peri-urban lain di Indonesia.
