Editors’ Responsibilities

• Evaluate manuscripts fairly based on their scientific content without regard to the authors’ personal background.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information related to submitted manuscripts.
• Refrain from using unpublished materials for personal advantage.
• Make publication decisions based on reviewers’ feedback and scientific merit, free from personal or external interests.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities

• Review manuscripts objectively, professionally, and constructively to improve research quality.
• Maintain the confidentiality of reviewed manuscripts and not use them for personal purposes.
• Avoid conflicts of interest that could compromise objectivity.
• Provide feedback within the timeframe specified by the editor.

 Publisher’s Responsibilities

• Ensure that the entire publication process is conducted in accordance with the principles of academic integrity, transparency, and fairness.
• Support the prevention and resolution of publication ethics violations, including plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or duplicate publication.
• Cooperate with editors, reviewers, and authors in maintaining ethical publishing standards.
