Abstract
Integrasi teknologi Blockchain dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) menawarkan peluang strategis dalam meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan keandalan pada rantai pasok pangan. Blockchain menyediakan mekanisme pencatatan data yang terdesentralisasi, aman, dan tidak dapat diubah, sehingga seluruh aktor dalam rantai pasok dapat memverifikasi asal-usul, kualitas, serta perjalanan produk pangan secara real-time. Di sisi lain, AI memberikan kemampuan analitik yang kuat dalam memprediksi permintaan pasar, mengoptimalkan distribusi, mengurangi risiko pemborosan, serta mendeteksi anomali yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecurangan atau kontaminasi pangan. Kolaborasi kedua teknologi ini menghasilkan sistem rantai pasok yang lebih responsif, berkelanjutan, dan terpercaya. Artikel ini membahas mekanisme integrasi blockchain dan AI, potensi manfaatnya bagi sektor pangan, serta tantangan implementasi yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk mencapai transformasi digital rantai pasok pangan yang efektif.
