Penyuluhan Penatalaksanaan program CERDIK untuk mencegah komplikasi pada penyandang diabetes melitus di Desa Sibedi kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi
Abstract
Diabetic Mellitus is a chronic disease that causes progression, characterized by an imbalance or disruption in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, resulting in increased blood sugar levels. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge for the prevention of diabetes mellitus through the CERDIK program. The community service method is carried out through socialization by conducting health education using flip charts and leaflets. The results showed that before being given education related to Diabetic Mellitus, most of the people of Sibedi Village did not understand the causes of Diabetic Mellitus and how to prevent Diabetic Mellitus. After being given education about Diabetes Mellitus, some people asked many questions related to Diabetic Mellitus. After that, an explanation was given and the community was able to understand about Diabetic Mellitus
