Prestasi Kerja di Lingkungan Kerja Gen-Z di Indonesia: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Keterlibatan Karyawan, dan Budaya Organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, keterlibatan karyawan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja kerja di lingkungan kerja Indonesia yang sebagian besar terdiri dari karyawan Generasi Z. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 180 karyawan Gen-Z. Kuesioner standar digunakan, dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan rentang 1 sampai 5. Hubungan yang dipostulatkan diselidiki dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) versi 3. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pemimpin secara signifikan berdampak pada tingkat keterlibatan karyawan dan tingkat kinerja tugas. Selain itu, budaya bisnis yang positif meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, sehingga secara positif mempengaruhi kinerja pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan yang mudah beradaptasi dan budaya perusahaan yang mendukung dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan Gen-Z. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang signifikan bagi para manajer dan organisasi yang ingin mengembangkan tenaga kerja yang produktif dan berdedikasi yang terdiri dari Generasi Z di Indonesia
