Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Human, Organization, and Technology dimensions on employee performance at PT Gapura Angkasa Soekarno-Hatta Branch. This research employed a quantitative approach using the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-FIT) model. The population consisted of all employees who had actively used the AMTISS system for at least four to six months. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with 60 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that the Organization dimension has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees using the AMTISS system, and the Technology dimension also has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the Human dimension shows a positive but not significant effect. Simultaneously, the three dimensions of the HOT-FIT model explain the variance in employee performance with strong explanatory power. These findings suggest that the successful implementation of the AMTISS system is determined not only by technology quality but also by organizational support.
