Transformasi Efisiensi Operasional melalui Integrasi Lean Manufacturing dan Teknologi Digital: Sebuah Tinjauan Sistematis pada Industri Manufaktur di Era Industri 4.0
Operational Efficiency Transformation through the Integration of Lean Manufacturing and Digital Technology: A Systematic Review of the Manufacturing Industry in the Industry 4.0 Era
Abstract
Konvergensi teknologi digital dengan metodologi lean manufacturing menciptakan paradigma transformatif dalam optimalisasi efisiensi operasional manufaktur kontemporer. Kajian sistematis ini mengeksplorasi dinamika integrasi antara prinsip eliminasi pemborosan dengan kapabilitas teknologi Industri 4.0 melalui analisis literatur komprehensif periode 2020-2025 dari database akademik bereputasi. Metodologi penelitian menerapkan systematic literature review dengan teknik thematic synthesis untuk mengidentifikasi pola integrasi, mekanisme kausal, dan faktor determinan keberhasilan implementasi. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa sinergi Internet of Things, big data analytics, dan artificial intelligence dengan praktik lean menghasilkan reduksi downtime hingga 30%, peningkatan akurasi forecasting permintaan 25%, penurunan biaya operasional mencapai 30%, serta pengurangan inventori 15% dengan tingkat pemenuhan pesanan tepat waktu mencapai 98%. Keberhasilan transformasi ditentukan oleh enam faktor kritis: komitmen kepemimpinan strategis, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi informasi, kompetensi digital workforce, manajemen perubahan organisasional efektif, kolaborasi lintas fungsi terstruktur, dan pengukuran kinerja berbasis key performance indicators. Studi ini mengkonstruksi framework konseptual integratif yang mensinergikan dimensi teknologi, proses bisnis, dan faktor organisasional sebagai roadmap strategis transformasi digital berkelanjutan.
