Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan efek hemodinamik antara propofol dan sevofluran pada pasien craniotomy melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed dengan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Sebanyak 10 studi dianalisis menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Tools. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sevofluran cenderung memberikan kestabilan hemodinamik yang lebih baik dengan fluktuasi tekanan darah yang lebih ringan, sedangkan propofol lebih sering menyebabkan hipotensi meskipun memiliki keunggulan dalam menurunkan tekanan intrakranial. Kombinasi kedua agen menunjukkan hasil yang lebih optimal dalam beberapa studi. Kesimpulannya, sevofluran lebih stabil secara hemodinamik, namun pemilihan agen anestesi harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi klinis pasien untuk mencapai keamanan optimal selama tindakan craniotomy.
