Analysis of Supply Chain Management at PT. Toyota Manufacturing Indonesia
Abstract
Penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) menjadi salah satu strategi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan yang lebih efektif. Dengan strategi SCM, PT. Toyota dapat memaksimalkan proses produksi sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan harga yang kompetitif agar dapat bertahan untuk bersaing dengan perusahaan otomotif lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data sekunder sebagai metode penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi SCM pada PT. Toyota selama sebelum, saat, dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19.
