Pengembangan Produk Industri Rumah Tangga Berupa Eco Enzym Di Dasa Wisma Perdos

ABSTRACT

Eco-enzyme is a solution of complex organic substances produced by the fermentation process of leftover organic waste, water and molasses. So that organic waste that has been thrown away and is no longer used can be used as an environmentally friendly product. This eco-enzyme solution has a dark brown color and a strong sour aroma. This research focuses on making eco-enzyme solutions from organic waste from fruit and vegetables.

The results of this research show that a good eco-enzyme has a dark brown color, a fresh sour aroma typical of fermentation and has a stable pH with a pH of 4.0, indicating that the eco-enzyme produced is acidic which has benefits such as preventing radiation, clearing water channels, cleaning floors, disinfecting organic etc.

Its presence is crucial for introducing and instilling Quranic values at an early age. TPQ plays a vital role in nurturing children's spiritual, intellectual, and emotional development. It also aids in building character and reducing educational disparities. KKN-Dik, a program by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, aims to revitalize TPQ activities and engage the community in teaching Quranic studies. The activities include teaching Quranic recitation, holding discussions, and involving students in teaching, ensuring the continuation of Quranic education beyond the program's duration.

Adanya masalah ekonomi rumah tangga paling dirasakan oleh kaum perempuan, khususnya wanita janda yang memiliki tanggungjawab sendirian atas kelangsungan hidupnya serta anggota keluarganya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun jiwa kemandirian ekonomi wanita janda melalui pemanfaatan potensi lokal. Sasaran kegiatan yaitu wanita janda yang ditinggal atau telah berpisah dengan suami. Proses pengabdian dilakukan melalui dua metode yaitu melalui sosialisasi atau menyajian materi untuk memotivasi kelompok sasaran/peserta, serta melakukan uji praktik untuk menghasilkan produk yang diinginkan. Hasil pengabdian menghasilkan produk yang dimanfaatkan dari potensi lokal yaitu kripik kelapa muda. Kegiatan ini sebagai strategi kemandirian ekonomi yang bermanfaat bagi wanita janda dalam mewujudkan kelangsungan hidup anggota keluarga yang ditanggungnya.

KKN activities for Batch LXIV of Muhammadiyah University of Palu at Post XIV Palolo will take place from 24 July to 2 September 2023. The preparation of the work program in this activity was based on the observation method, which resulted in a work program that was successfully implemented. One of the work programs implemented is improving the quality of education through teaching and guidance. Students are directly involved as facilitators in the tutoring program. All work programs were successfully implemented well, on time and in line with expectations.
