The analysis tool used in the study was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with a sample of 96 respondents. The results of the linear regression analysis test showed a coefficient value of B of 0.218 and a calculated t-value of 2.144, this shows that the influence of Service Quality on the Image of the Agency is positive, which means that the better the Quality of Service, the better the Image of the Agency, and vice versa. And the significance value is 0.035 (sig. 0.035 < 0.05) which means that there is a significant influence. So that the hypothesis that states "Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Image of the Agency" is accepted.
