Di Desa Khatulistiwa terdapat Pendidikan Berbasis Masyarakat, yaitu Madrasah Diniyah Al-Khairaat, Taman Pengajian Quran, Kelompok Nelayan, Remaja Islam Masjid, namun masih perlu pembenahan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang kelancaran pendidikan berbasis masyarakat tersebut dan juga dari segi kualitas pengajar dan pengelolanya agar semakin berkembang dan maju. Adapun implikasi kepemimpinan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat pada peningkatan kualitas masyarakat yaitu semakin meningkatnya jumlah remaja dan anak-anak yang dapat mengaji dan mendapatkan pendidikan agama, berkurangnya tingkat kenakalan remaja yang terjadi di Desa Khatulistiwa. Hal ini secara psikologis sangat membantu orangtua dan pemerintah desa dalam menciptakan ketentraman masyarakat. Juga berimplikasi pada meningkatnya pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh para nelayan melalui pembinaan yang dilakukan di kelompok-kelompok nelayan. Hal ini berdampak yang sangat baik bagi kesejahteraan nelayan. </em></p> <p><em>The research aims to examine the implementation of community-based educational leadership and its implications for improving the quality of society in Khatulistiwa Village, South Tinombo District, Parigi Moutong Regency by using a qualitative approach in collecting research data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure uses an interactive analysis model through stages of data reduction and data presentation as well as verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that community-based educational leadership to improve the quality of society in Equatorial Village has been implemented but has not been fulfilled optimally as expected, therefore efforts to increase the capacity of community-based educational leadership are currently being carried out by the village government and related parties. In Equatorial Village there is Community-Based Education, namely Madrasah Diniyah Al-Khairaat, Al-Quran Recitation Park, Fishermen's Group, Mosque Islamic Youth, but there is still a need to improve facilities and infrastructure that support the smooth running of community-based education. Also, in terms of the quality of teachers and administrators so that they can develop and progress. The implication of community-based educational leadership in improving the quality of society is that more teenagers and children can recite the Koran and receive religious education, reducing the level of juvenile delinquency that occurs in Equatorial Village. Psychologically, this really helps parents and the village government in creating peace in the community. This also has implications for increasing the income earned by fishermen through coaching provided to fishing groups. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Data bersumber dari informan kepala madrasah, guru-guru, kegiatan-kegiatan dan dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Data comes from informants, madrasa heads, teachers, activities and relevant documents. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was carried out using source and technique triangulation methods. This research employed a qualitative research method. Data collection procedures involved interviews, observations, and document studies. The data analysis technique followed a process of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and method triangulation. Using a qualitative descriptive method, namely research carried out to interpret objects according to what they are. The results of the research show that the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance at SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru is: first, goal-oriented to realize the achievement of the school's vision and mission, by prioritizing deliberation to solve problems, involving teachers in decision making, and increasing competence teachers through training activities, KKG and webinars, as well as providing guidance and direction to teachers and administrative staff and building communication and maintaining good relationships with teachers, administrative staff and students. The results of the research show that the implementation of humanistic learning at SDIT Ibnul Mubarok is implemented through various activities where students at SDIT Ibnul Mubarok always carry out congregational prayers at school without being ordered by the teacher, the school carries out workshop activities organized by the Education Office to adopt a humanistic learning curriculum, and SDIT Ibnul Mubarok also organized studies which were carried out at Ta'lim with ustadz as lecturers. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Sumber data berasal dari informan kepala madrasah, guru-guru, kegiatan-kegiatan dan dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat uji, yaitu: kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Motivasi Kepala Madrasah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Kelurahan Baru Kabupaten Tolitoli yaitu: pemunculan budaya kerja positif, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, pengakuan dan penghargaan, komunikasi yang terbuka dan transparan, dan pendelegasian tanggung jawab, 2) Implikasi motivasi Kepala Madrasah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Kelurahan Baru Kabupaten Tolitoli yaitu inspirasi dan semangat, komitmen terhadap keunggulan, pengakuan dan penghargaan, pemimpin yang teladan serta kolaborasi dan partisipasi&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, beberapa rekomendasi ditujukan kepada Pimpinan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam agar hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan tentang betapa pentingnya pemberian motivasi oleh kepala madrasah dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif. Untuk peneliti berikutnya disarankan agar meneliti aspek-aspek menarik lainnya yang terkait dengan topik penelitian ini, misalnya strategi dan tantangan kepala madrasah dalam memotivasi guru-guru yang bertujuan membentuk iklim kerja yang produktif dan dapat diteliti di jenjang SD/MI dan SMP/MTs, baik dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian yang sama maupun berbeda. </em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>This research aims to describe the motivation carried out by the head of the madrasah in creating a work climate at Madrasah Aliyah DDI, Baru Village, Tolitoli Regency, which specifically focuses on providing motivation by the head of the madrasah and its implications in creating a conducive work climate. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and document study. Data sources come from informants, madrasa heads, teachers, activities and relevant documents. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is carried out using four tests, namely: credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the research show that 1) The motivation of the Madrasah Head in creating a work climate at Madrasah Aliyah DDI, Baru Village, Tolitoli Regency, namely: the emergence of a positive work culture, development of teacher professionalism, recognition and appreciation, open and transparent communication, and delegation of responsibilities, 2) Implications The motivation of the Madrasah Head in creating a working climate at Madrasah Aliyah DDI, Baru Village, Tolitoli Regency, namely inspiration and enthusiasm, commitment to excellence, recognition and appreciation, exemplary leadership as well as collaboration and participation. Based on the research results, several recommendations are addressed to the Leaders of Islamic Education Institutions so that the results of this research can be used as a reference regarding how important it is to provide motivation by madrasa heads in creating a conducive work climate.
