Next, it provides an analysis of religious relations in response to the high divorce rate and the role of religious institutions in minimizing the occurrence of divorce in Parepare City.

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research with a field research style with a phenomenological approach which is useful for exploring the factors that influence the high divorce rate in Parepare City as well as religious relations and the role of religious institutions in minimizing the divorce rate in Parepare City. The primary data source for this research was obtained from direct interviews with religious institutions in Parepare City.

The research results show: 1). Several factors for the high divorce rate in Parepare City are due to domestic violence, then other factors are also due to a person's level of education in married life, and the factor of not fulfilling a living both physically and mentally and a factor in the occurrence of divorce is a person's low religious values. 2). Divorce law is something that requires clear causes and conditions regarding the time the divorce occurred. Because if a divorce is carried out without any particular reason and without paying attention to the conditions or time of the divorce, the divorce may not be carried out. Divorce from a religious perspective is something that can definitely happen as a result of marriage, but divorce is the thing that is most hated by Allah and His Messenger. 3). The role of religious institutions in Parepare City in reducing the high divorce rate is by optimizing the function of the BP4 institution which plays a role as an educational, consultative and marriage empowerment institution. Apart from that, the BP4 institution also provides competent staff such as expert advisors and religious instructors who are expected to be able to carry out their roles in broadcasting religious messages in accordance with the beliefs of those they train.
Mulki Sahnur, Agus Muchsin, Rusdaya Basri, M. In this case, the applicant asked for permission to marry his partner, whom he married in an unregistered marriage in 2014. Previously, in 2003, this couple had been blessed with a child. they face legal problems to obtain their children's birth certificates; and this is one of the reasons the applicant applied for a polygamy permit. Even though this application does not meet the provisions of marriage law in Indonesia regarding the requirements for polygamy (Article 4 paragraph (2) Marriage Law No. 1/1974), the panel of judges in this case still granted permission for polygamy to the applicant. The consideration of the panel of judges was that the permission granted was of greater benefit than complying with the provisions of marriage law: legalizing unregistered marriages and the welfare of the child. This case once again shows that religious court judges are not only fixated on the provisions of positive law in Indonesia but also explore the laws that exist in society, including here the principles of sharia and fiqh.
Azis Dwi Utomo, Muh Zaitun Ardi, Nadyatul Hikmah Shuhufi Copyright (c) 2024 Azis Dwi Utomo, Muh Zaitun Ardi Ardi, Nadyatul Hikmah Shuhufi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/4724 Wed, 03 Apr 2024 13:35:59 +0700 Effectiveness of Using the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) to Ease Transactions at Paddy's Market, Kendari City https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/4731
The Kendari City Government began to socialise the implementation of the Healthy, Innovative, Safe, Use (S.I.A.P.) Reports of work accident cases in Indonesia in the manufacturing industry sector over the last two years have increased from 114,000 cases in 2019 to 177,000 cases in 2020. Work accident investigation at PT. Barata Indonesia in 2022-2023 of the 626 workers, there were 6% of work accident cases. The loss causation model theory is a development of work accident theory at management factors to human factors or workers who are directly involved with materials. The research aims to analyze the dominant factors that most influence work accidents at PT. Barata Indonesia. Type of quantitative research with analytical observational research methods (crosssectional). The research sample was 308 workers at PT Barata Indonesia. The data analysis used was chi-square and logistic regression. The result of this study is that the dominant factor that has the most influence on work accidents at PT Barata Indonesia is the immediate cause factor, namely compliance with work instructions with a significance of 0.002 < 0,05, and a coefficient value of 2,124, and a CI: 1,304-3,460, meaning that there is a influence between compliance with work instructions on work accidents and a chance of getting a work accident 2 times higher when not complying with work instructions. Therefore, some preventive efforts are needed to prevent work accidents, especially in the manufacturing industry
Vita Dwi Rohmah Nur Rosanti, Zufra Inayah Copyright (c) 2024 vita dwi, Zufra Inayah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/4771 Wed, 03 Apr 2024 14:26:27 +0700 Implications of the Free Curriculum and PMM Digitalization Policy on the Decline of Teacher and Student Quality (A Study using Max Horkheimer's Critical Social Theory Approach) https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/4782
This study aims to gather information on the decline in the quality of teachers and students as a result of the Free Curriculum policy, using Max Horkheimer's critical social theory approach. The methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, which will elaborate on data through descriptive statements. Data is obtained through a literature review of previous studies and informants who have implemented this Free Curriculum policy. The findings of this research indicate that the Free Curriculum is part of modernity in the educational aspect. Modernity is a state where all traditionally oriented societal systems are released into an order that implies rationality. The essence of modernization fundamentally encourages embracing change towards improvement in line with the capacity of the surrounding community conditions. Differentiated learning poses new problems and burdens for teachers due to time constraints. The standards to be achieved become biased and unclear. The impact of this policy is that students experience a decline in the quality of understanding the material because it is challenging to meet achievement standards maximally due to diversity in potential and interests. Teachers are not maximally able to provide standardized teaching but are more focused on organizing and designing strategies for this diversity. The role of teachers as facilitators allows limited room to maximize the inculcation of values. The aim of this research is to find out the causes of the scarcity of subsidized fertilizer, the impact felt by farmers, and the efforts or strategies of farmers amidst the scarcity of subsidized fertilizer. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data from observations, interviews and literature studies. The research results show that most farmers know that the scarcity of subsidized fertilizer is not caused by a lack of stock from the government. However, there were several unscrupulous employees and distributors who diverted the subsidized fertilizer to be resold to other farmers at different prices. The impact felt by farmers due to the scarcity of fertilizer is a decrease in the quality of the harvest, low selling prices for grain, and a decrease in income that is not balanced with high expenditure. The strategy or effort made by farmers is to buy non-subsidized fertilizer, although in limited quantities. Farmers hope that the government can curb these 'naughty' employees and distributors so that stocks and prices return to normal so they can help ease the farmers' economy.
Safran Efendi Pasaribu, Oman Sukmana, Wahyudi Copyright (c) 2024 Safran Efendi Pasaribu, Oman Sukmana, Wahyudi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/5037 Thu, 04 Apr 2024 12:20:20 +0700 Adaptive Leadership and New Normal Work Environment on the Performance of National Police Health Center Employees in the Covid 19 Pandemic Era https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/5102
The National Police Medical and Health Center (Pusdokkes) is the supervisor of the Police Medical and Health function at the National Police Headquarters level which is the spearhead in realizing health insurance for National Police/ASN personnel and their families as well as the general public. However, natural phenomena such as erosion and sedimentation can threaten the stability of rivers and the surrounding environment. This study outlines the impacts of sedimentation on the Bailang River and Sario River, highlighting the importance of hydrological and geomorphological approaches in understanding sediment transport patterns. Land conversion along the Bailang River has caused narrowing of the river channel and sedimentation, increasing the risk of flooding. Hydrological analysis shows that changes in water discharge and rainfall influence sediment transport in the Bailang River. In the Sario River, flooding and erosion affect river morphology, with large water discharges being the main cause of flooding. The hydrological approach considers factors such as water discharge and rainfall, while the geomorphological approach considers landforms, topography and river flow patterns. The analysis shows that interactions between hydrological and geomorphological factors influence sediment transport patterns in both rivers. The results of this research provide an in-depth understanding of sediment transport patterns in the Bailang River and Sario River. The implications include planning effective river management strategies, mitigating erosion, sedimentation and flood risk, as well as better spatial planning in riverbank areas. The contribution of this research is important for sustainable river management and environmental protection. Understanding sediment transport patterns provides the basis for developing more effective erosion and sedimentation mitigation strategies, with the aim of minimizing their negative impacts on rivers and their environment.
Nenny Copyright (c) 2024 Nenny https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/5223 Thu, 18 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Law Enforcement of Criminal Actions for Capital Market Insider Trading Carried Out by Corporations Based on Law Number 8 of 1995 https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/3581
Corporations in Indonesia are legal subjects because they have rights and obligations. In 2015, Indonesia garnered international recognition as a result of the extensive forest and land fires. Exposure to PM particles in the air presents a substantial health hazard to individuals participating in their everyday routines. Research on the effects of forest fires on respiratory health in Central Kalimantan is still lacking. The Chest Miyagi multipurpose HI-801 spirometer, which was calibrated, was used to do lung function measurements. The participants were assessed while standing indoors in an environment with consistent air movement. Prior to the test, the individual's height and weight were measured and recorded in the spirometer, which then used this data to automatically determine the expected lung function. A sample size of 215 respondents who fulfilled the research criteria was selected for the study. The examinations took place in 7 urban and rural locations that were considered to be most susceptible to forest and land fires, based on the researcher's subjective judgment. These locations were chosen to meet the required sample size and were in close proximity to the fire sources. The spirometry device measures lung function, including forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), the ratio of FEV1 to FVC, and Forced Expiratory Flow (FEF). This study aimed to assess the effect of recurrent forest fires on lung function, specifically in relation to gender, in Palangka Raya City, Pulang Pisau Regency, and Kapuas Regency, located in the Central Kalimantan Province. The analysis was conducted using spirometry tests. There were no notable disparities in lung function among the respondents based on their gender.
Tumpal Simatupang, Yetrie Ludang, Nawan, Bambang S. Anti-inflammatory is a term for substances or medicines that work to reduce or suppress the inflammatory process. One of the plants originating from Papua is anthill (Myrmecodia pendens). Ant nest (Myrmecodia pendens) contains lots of synthetic secondary metabolite substances such as flavonoids, saponins, tannins, and alkaloids. That ingredient is presumed to have an effect as anti-inflammatory. This research aims to examine the anti-inflammatory effectiveness of anthill ointment extract (Myrmecodia pendens) on the feet of white rats induced by carrageenan. The test group was divided into 5 groups in which each group consisted of 3 rats. The positive control group was subjected to bioplacenton, the negative control to ointment base, and the extract group to anthill ointment extract (Myrmecodia pendens) with concentrations of F1 (10%), F2 (20%), and F3 (40%). The test was conducted by inserting 1% carrageenan liquid into the sole of the rat's right paw. The volume of edema was measured using a syrup bottle filled with water every 60 minutes for 360 minutes. The data were analyzed statistically using (ANOVA) and obtained data p = 0.580 > 0.05. The conclusion of this research is that there is no significant difference in the percent of anti-inflammatory power between the dose groups F1 (10%), F2 (20%) and F3 (40%) with positive control.

Indah Amelia Rizky, Fajar Maulana, Heti Aisyah, Anggraini Palino, Miftahul Jannah, Angga Bayu Budiyanto Copyright (c) 2024 Indah Amelia Rizky, Fajar Maulana, Heti Aisyah, Anggraini Palino, Miftahul Jannah, Angga Bayu Budiyanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/4550 Mon, 29 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Protection for Children In Access Maqa Perspective Electronic System<S{ID Asy-Syariah<’AH (Analysis Study of Article 16A of Law No. 1 of 2024 on Information and Electronic Transactions) https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/5300
The children will be given the next generation who will be competent in advancing the nation, so it is hoped that the children will continue to have good qualities as they grow up. In this modern age, the presence of electronic systems provides an incentive for children to explore themselves further in their growth. However, in addition to having a good impact, electronic systems can also have a negative impact on children when they access features or contents that they should not have access to. Later, with the passage of time, Act No. 1 of 2024 was enacted, which stipulates in Article 16A that electronic system providers, on their features and contents, must provide age warnings for access, verification, and reporting mechanisms for misuse of access to electronic systems. This study is aimed at studying whether it is in accordance with the teaching of maqa>s{id asy-syari>’ah. So in this study, the researchers use the study of library research with a normative approach. As for the results of the study in this research, the load of Article 16A of Law No. 1 of 2024 is inherent with the doctrine of maqa>s{id asy-syari>’ah in the h{ifz{ al-‘aql and h{ifz{ an-nasl, because by limiting his child's access to electronic systems, he will be prevented from accessing features or contents to which he should not have access, so the child's growth will continue to wake up.

Muhammad Alwi Abidin, Pujangga Candrawijayaning Fajri Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Alwi Abidin, Pujangga Candrawijayaning Fajri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/5300 Tue, 30 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 The Impact of Mining Activities on Ecology Condition and in the Marisa Watershed Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/5323
The Marisa watershed with an area of 248.43 km2 is one of the watersheds in the Paguyaman Watershed. The upstream area of the Marisa Taluduyunu River in Marisa District empties into the coastal waters of the south coast of Pohuwato Regency. Almost all the riverbanks are used by local communities for traditional gold mining. Some of these mining businesses are managed traditionally using mercury, and the waste produced without being managed is directly thrown into the environment. This research aims to analyze the impact of illegal mining on land and the Marisa watershed. The method used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative based on field observation data and literature studies. Observations from various mining locations show that the removal of the topsoil causes the soil to be unproductive for plant growth around the mining location or site. River pollution is also one of the impacts that can be seen at mining locations. Gold ore processing, especially if the amalgamation process uses mercury, spreads mercury to environmental components, especially water quality and aquatic biota. The water quality that is most affected by mining and gold ore processing activities includes increased concentrations of suspended solids and mercury concentrations. The impact of traditional gold mining activities greatly affects the water quality components, namely, total suspended solids and dissolved mercury concentration. The concentration of total suspended solids poses a risk of harm to aquatic organisms. Concentrations of dissolved mercury metal have the potential to reduce the quality of fishery products.
Feri Novriyal, Herlindah, Nur Meyla Ulfiana Botutihe, Fajran Bentearu, Iswan Dunggio, Fitryane Lihawa, Marini Susanti Hamidun Copyright (c) 2024 Feri Novriyal, Herlindah, Nur Meyla Ulfiana Botutihe, Fajran Bentearu, Iswan Dunggio https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/5323 Tue, 30 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Vegetation Analysis of Tarsius Habitat (Tarsius Sp.) in Panua Nature Reserve, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province https://jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/5324
The research aims to analyze the vegetation habitat of Tarsius (Tarsius sp.) in the Panua Nature Reserve, Pohuwato Regency, which will be carried out in April-June 2023.
