Pengaruh Zoominar Komunikasi Efektif Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Perawat dan Persepsi Pasien tentang Penerapan Edukasi Sesuai SNARS di RS X dan Y Kota Bekasi
The Effect of Effective Communication Zoominar on Increasing Knowledge of Nurses and Patients Perceptions of the Implementation of Education in Accordance with SNARS in X and Y Hospitals Bekasi City
Abstract
Komunikasi efektif menjadi dasar perawat memberikan edukasi pada pasien dan keluarga sehingga dapat berpartisipasi pada proses asuhan. Tujuan penelitian; menganalisis pengaruh zoominar komunikasi efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan perawat dan persepsi pasien terhadap penerapan edukasi sesuai SNARS di RS X dan Y Kota Bekasi. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan quasy experiment. Nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 perawat dan 30 pasien masing-masing untuk kelompok intervesi dan kontrol. Intervensi berupa zoominar komunikasi efektif dan evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan tentang penerapan komunikasi efektik untuk perawat dan kuesioner persepsi terhadap penerapan edukasi sesuai akreditasi untuk pasien. Hasil penelitian pengetahuan perawat tentang penerapan edukasi sesuai SNARS sesudah zoominar pada kelompok intervensi terjadi peningkatan 14,96 (49,8%) secara bermakna dengan nilai Pvalue 0,000 (p < 0,05) tetapi kelompok kontrol tidak terjadi peningkatan (p value > 0.05). Pengaruh zoominar komunikasi efektif dan lama kerja perawat terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan perawat tentang penerapan edukasi sesuai SNARS secara statistik bermakna. Perawat yang mengikuti zoominar komunikasi efektif kemungkinan pengetahuannya naik 16 kali dibandingkan kontrol (p<0,05). Hubungan antara peningkatan pengetahuan perawat, pendidikan pasien dan persepsi pasien terhadap penerapan edukasi sesuai SNARS oleh perawat secara statistik bermakna (p< 0,05).
